We're thrilled to announce that CCEF's beloved Fall Classics are back this October! Join us for our annual Golf Classic and Tennis and Pickleball Classic—two incredible events that play a vital role in funding our Rapid Grant and Impact Grant programs at the Cherokee County Educational Foundation.

2024 Golf Classic

This year, our CCEF Golf Classic is proudly presented by Northside Hospital Cherokee, one of our fantastic sponsors. Mark your calendars for Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Bridgemill Athletic Club in Canton, Georgia. Whether you're registering as an individual or rounding up a team of four, we have a variety of sponsorship opportunities available—from individual holes to contest-level sponsors and beyond!

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the shotgun start will kick off at 10:00 a.m. If you're interested in sponsoring or want more details about registration, check out our website for more information. 

2024 Tennis & Pickleball Classic

Get ready to swing your racket, whether it is a tennis racket or a pickleball racket, we have something for both! All proceeds benefit the Cherokee County Educational Foundation, and will be used to supply Classroom Impact Grants for teachers and students of the Cherokee County School District. So, whether you're a seasoned pickleball pro or just curious about this popular sport, we invite you to participate.

This year will be a round robin event so there is no need for a partner to participate. Tennis will offer an 8 game Pro set; a minimum of 2 hours play time and pickleball will offer 11-point games, 2 hours of play-time. Make sure to arrive for registration and warm-ups by 8:30 a.m. as round robin will start at 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on October 14, 2024. Lunch will be held at 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will be catered by Chick-fil-a. The cost is $25.00 which includes a swag bag and lunch.

The format is a fun and competitive series of play. Each round will have players paired with and against different players. Play will be in 10-minute timed sets. The number of points you and your partner score will be individually recorded and tallied. The four (4) people with the most points at the end of the session will play each other for "bragging rights" and an interesting trophy.
